<BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF"><h1>Thomas Reith</h1><h1>Biography</h1> <p>Thomas Reith (agegroup 1968), studied microsystems at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe. After he graduated with a "Diplom-Ingenieur" degree, he started his job career at Siemens AG as development engineer. After that he joined to a well known die bonder manufacturer as area sales manager. In the company he met his partner Christian Bucher.</p> <p>Together with him he decided in the year 2000 to work indenpendence with the goal to set up and establish a  company in the market.  </p> <p>Mr. Reith is one of the directors of AMADYNE, responsible for Sales&Marketing, Production and Finance.</p> <p><img style="margin: 0px;" width="320" height="277" src="/images/20/editize/thomas_320l.jpg" alt="" title=""> </p> <h1>Philosophy</h1> <p>The time since we started the enterprise was, is and will be characterized with new challenges.
